My milk supply is dwindling and the baby weight is continuing to stick to my bones. One way to help with both issues is to drink more water.
So I saw an idea on Pinterest (surprise, surprise) that I decided to implement to help me increase my water intake.
Basically, I just divided my day into intervals on my water jug, and set a goal to drink the water down to that level of tape by that time of day.
Anyone have any practical advice for losing the baby weight? How do you make sure you are drinking enough water?
